i emailed rick riolo 17:23, and his reply:

There was no particular motivation or associated
paper for that project...we were just trying to
see how it would be to implement a general-purpose
classifier system in swarm/objective-C.

I think there may be some other classifier systems
in Swarm now, as well, perhaps being actively used.
